I truly enjoyed the time in this property. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and fairly clean, with patient staff at all times. The rooms they have were fantastic and functional with an extra bed, complimentary Wi-Fi, a french balcony. The check in was automated and the atmosphere was family throughout the property.

The location is excellent, good is also the restaurant in the house
The breakfast was plentiful, but unfortunately cheese, sausage etc. were only packed in plastic. The breakfast room was very bare

Located in the centre of Roskilde in a pedestrian zone, the hotel has a very representative ballroom. My room was completely sufficient and very clean for a shorter stay. The hotel staff without exception is helpful and nice. The price-performance ratio was reasonable in my case.

I appreciated the easy self-check-in process and the conveniently located restaurants nearby. The free parking was a nice bonus during our time in roskilde.

Had a blast with my friends staying here! We rented bikes and explored the charming streets. Checking out the restored Guldaldersalen was a highlight. The self check-in was easy, and it was great having restaurants nearby for dinner. Big shoutout for the free parking too!

The rooms were good value for money
When we arrived the check-in machine was broken. None of those present could log into the program. After 20 min lady from the reception did it. Instead of the second employee working, one went to the office without a reason. We lost 45 minutes. Bad service.
